Decor and Design 

Starts at $600 for events

Starts at $2000 for weddings

(please inquire about or micro wedding design package)

Our décor and design service includes but is not limited to the following:

  • decor and design for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, dinner parties, birthdays and more.

  • assistance with color and theme selection

  • assistance with floorplan and layout

  • personalized styling and design 

  • use of décor items: chargers plates, candles, candleholders, chair covers and sashes, table linen, vases, arches, pipe and drape, custom décor and more.

Floral Design and Arrangement

Price is determined by the style and size of the arrangement, how many arrangements are needed, and the types of flowers used.

Our floral design and arrangement service includes but is not limited to the following: 

  • bridal party florals (bouquet, boutonniere, pinned and wrist corsage, flower girl petals, flower crowns)

  • reception centerpieces

  • head table florals

  • ceremony arches and installs

  • ceremony aisle florals

  • accent arrangements (guestbook, unity table, in memory of, cake table and cake) 

Planning and Coordination 

All packages include access to vendor referrals and recommendations

Micro Planning: Starts at $1000 

  • month-of planning package for Max 50 people

 

Month-of Planning: Starts at $1800 (for the couple that has planning complete, but needs a professional to tie up loose ends and execute the day)

  • includes Day-of coordination

  • complimentary consultation

  • face-to-face planning meetings

  • complete walk-through of event site

  • thorough review of vendor details and services

  • prepare day-of schedule for event

  • schedule and confirm vendor arrival times

  • serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors

  • attendance at wedding rehearsal to rehearse wedding timeline and review day-of activities

  • assist in set up of event items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc.

  • assist in set up of reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc.

  • hold event staff and vendors to established timeline

  • assist guests and answer questions as needed

  • resolve any event related problems that arise

Partial Planning: Starts at $2500 (for the couple that has most of their planning complete, but may need a bit of assistance along the way)

  • includes Month-of services

  • prepare planning timeline and wedding checklist

  • provide vendor recommendations and assist with booking

  • assist with guest seating chart

Full Service Planning:​ Starts at $3800 (for the couple that needs assistance from beginning to end

  • includes both Partial and Month-of services)

  • assists in ordering and distribution of invitations and save the date

  • assist with venue search and booking​

  • budget management
